KPS Models have been involved in the model collecting, making and selling industry for over 30 years. We know the passion collectors have for their collections.

​

KPS Models has two business partners John Stott and Steve Porter, both very passionate model enthusiasts. John is a time served plant fitter with a wealth of experience working for Caterpillar and Costain as an engine fitter, and subsequently company haulage director on the international stage. Steve is also a time served heavy plant fitter for PM Quinn Construction and went on to operate his own plant hire company and still works in the construction industry today. Our third member of the team is Steve Keene who for over 30 years worked for International Paints and has a leading knowledge on paints and the paint industry. Although not an active role in the business he is our go to man when it comes to all things paint and obtaining the highest quality of finish to our models. The 3 surnames initials make up the KPS in our company name. 

 

Our Model builders, based in the UK, have over 30 years of experience in the model building industry and have delivered models to some of the most prestigious companies both here and abroad, delivering the highest quality craftsmanship in model making. Our models are scratch built, hand made and produced with high quality pewter, brass and tin metal. Using this quality metal allows our range of models to be deliver to the highest standard.

We understand the process of buying and selling in the model world and bring a personal touch to the process. We are dedicated to serving collectors here in the UK and our friends abroad.
